Delete your Zoomies account

Permanently remove your account and every piece of data linked to it.

What gets deleted

Your account, pet profiles, behavior analyses, photos and videos, action plans, chat history, and payment data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel them in your store account first to avoid further charges.

Prefer to do it in the app?

You can also delete your account directly in the Zoomies app from your profile settings.
